Let's begin our meditation with mindful breathing.
Take three deep breaths, exhaling all impurities.
Inhale deeply, exhale deeply. Inhale deeply, exhale deeply. Inhale deeply, exhale deeply.
Now, slow down your breathing.
Breathe in slowly, breathe out slowly.
Control it, make it slower, make it slower.
Now start breathing deeply.
When inhaling, if your middle dantian (namely, CV 17, located in the centre of the chest) is blocked or tight, concentrate on it and inhale into it.
Exhale and relax.
Visualize your middle dantian as unobstructed, but don't concentrate too hard, just a little bit is fine.
